Maria Sharapova beat Victoria Azarenka in the final of the tournament in Stuttgart BTA.


"Always the second" (as they call it lately) Russian Maria Sharapova won the first prize at the prestigious international tournament of women's Tennis Association BTA in Stuttgart with a prize fund of 740,000 dollars.

In the final she beat Belarusian athletes Strongly Victoria Azarenka - 6:1, 6:4. For the victory, according to ITAR - TASS, Mary will receive 115,000 dollars prize money. And plus the 470 ranking points. This victory was the 26th in a row in a sports biography of the Russian tennis player. We all congratulate Mary with success.
